Nonetheless, a low SP makes it a lot more difficult for MGT to negotiate better terms.

Timing was completely wrong but they now have to finalise a deal ( hopefully by March ) with a major partner to get MGT steaming ahead.

IMO, this is a great buying opportunity to average down if you believe that management has the capability to seal
a great deal.
If you feel that they are not capable, sell and move on is the best solution.

So who are these partners? they met their demands and SP still dropping, maybe this is what they want so they can drive it down to .35c and get a discounted price.
