i just can't understand the timing and urgency around the current consolidation. Don't even thing it was required at this point. At least not untill they made a positive feasibility announcement. That would have made the Share holders happy, and a consolidation after a positive BFS would have sent the right signal to interested investors. At this point I doubt if there are any serious interested investors. They are all waiting to see how the BFS will shape up.

What did the current consolidation achieved? Nothing positive. It is only going to make the investors more greedy. Despite the drop in SP they are still going to push for further discount.

IMHO, the only scenario this consolidation makes sense is if the mgmt had doubt whether the BFS will stack up to the market expectation.

Get the consolidation done, catch the unsuspecting share holders by surprise. Let the SP drop and then back to the drawing board. More story spinning and Credit raises to fund the next leg.
