    There is no guarantee the announcements MGT have made in the past will not turn out to be worthless.

    I have no issues with the delayed timeline. My only question is why consolidation now and not after the DFS. What have they gained out of it?

    It was suicidal and the drop in SP is hurting a lot of investors, specially those with larger holdings.
