This is one of "the" worst share in performance in my shares portfolio - UTO's management may have the best qualifications & CV, but they are not "street-wise" and are slow as snail in doing progressive things

I guess they are not in a hurry as "we (shareholders) are paying them a good salary" - but who pays our incomes ???

I hope this management team do things quickly in a bullish market(before this market turns bearish again) as most resources stocks have recovered in market value except for UTO
