One thing that’s caught my eye is that management still owns around 15% of the company, not much changed from the 16.6% they owned back in March last year.
In the meantime, the share price has quadrupled.
That’s a vote of confidence in the company - management isn’t taking profits, even at these ‘high’ prices - and it’s also a nice alignment of their interests with those of the other 85% of shareholders.
