It looks to me like this TO will go through.
There's a few shareholders on this forum having a gripe, no doubt related to PB's windfall, compared to their own paper loss that's about to be realised whether they like it or not.
If the TO did get voted down, then the sp would be back to 3c, and you'd be stuck with the board/management that you seem to hate so much.
As distasteful as it is, making PB rich is probably the best outcome for everyone.
