Management stuffs long term shareholders, page-2

I used to play with NDO when it was much higher, in the end didn't like delays so departed.
But going on about directors is futile. Directors are there to line their own pockets not someone else's. Do you have any idea how directors view shareholders generally? They don't get any cash from shareholders except the sophisticates in Cr's, so why should they give a damn about ordinary shareholders who profit by their work?

Another one is, don't trust a board of directors further than you could throw them.

my comments aren't directed at NDO directors particularly, all boards are the same - which is why I have to laugh when ordinary shareholders proclaim themselves "loyal shareholders" of any company. What a truly pathetic statement of themselves.
