As well, could have a voice or two on forums talking up blocking the offer scaring out punters who might think it will fall thru and c the SP back at 3.5c ?
I can only guess the sellers r holders who will think it will fall thru and them shaking the tree.
Id be surprised if pro the sale forces arent buying most of these.
