Management team

When taking positions in these companies, you either buy into intellectual property or good people at the helm or if lucky both of these attributes. At the end of the day, the company will only be as good as the people running it. Not the Board which is a compliance instrument; but the actual management team. The individuals that spend 8 hours a day as a minimum in the office... doing work. I'm sure if you go on LinkedIn you will find them, their academic qualifications or lack off, their past successes or not, the resilience they have exhibited during their earlier years and what else they do concurrently.......We all have one foot in a fairy tale, and the other in the abyss...
