Because it's still listed on the ASX at MC $20mil and Microsoft hasnt bought it...Surely if Microsoft was going to use any part of THD in Skype teams they would just buy the whole thing outright straight away? $20mill is lunch money for them. If they were planning to buy THD to integrate with Teams then by waiting they run the risk of news leaking out and then they have to pay multiples of the current MC.

Especially with the release of the MVP they should have all the info they need as to whether it is a good buy for them.
