Hi Kibabz research.....firstly the PFS is done by consultants and paid for by the company...they have no real control over when the report will be ready or delivered ...they are given a time frame ie; late 2016 this may or maynot happen on time , if the options expire then bad luck move on...if you feel that incensed then best to sell and move on , I think despite the options not being exercised this company is progressing very well....cheers
