There are plenty of ASX announcements in the archives on the MST home page that would explain many of those questions. Just read the CEO or Chairmans address for the AGMs. Some good reading there.

P.S. I have held MST for many years, live in Australia (go Maroons) and hold enough shares to want to keep a fairly close watch on what is happening but not so many that I can't sleep at night. I won't be "selling up and going away" any time soon.
