So they need 10 Mil. cash to get into mass production, but where are these orders? Are they actively selling, negotiating with customers? Do they have a sales crew?

Normally each salesman have to do a revenue-forecast, is their forecast so secret so no to unveil any numbers?

If I have no orders, I have no need for production and also no need for 10 Mil. or greater
