i have said it over and over if they are overdue - ring asx market continous disclosure and enforcements departement or send em an email during business hours

outline youre concerns and why u feel they should have informated the market, explain as a shareholder u feel that if its bad news insiders might be selling out or if delayed good news insiders could be getting in without prompt public disclosure and ask that they consider asking the company for information

ASX probably wont respond to u or might issue a thankyou mail but ive done it before and its interesting that the companies ive contacted the asx about on many different matters have issued a speeding ticket within a few days

U will see that they take input from the public on matters to follow up they cant monitor all 2000 odd listed companies so if in doubt contact em
