Now that the production test results are out and which management have already said it was BETTER THAN EXPECTED then I would imagine ONLY NOW they would have an idea of the size of the project...

So I would imagine that the rights issue slides are irrelevant at the moment because only now they know what sort of results to expect from the first well and sub-sequent wells and can from now on plan the future regarding cash needed and how to find it...
