I hope that is the case mate, because it is grossly unfair to holders if it's a token only SPP. I do note that they already announced that it would include sophisticated investors/financial institutions ...which I think is also unfair to holders.

I speak from some experience having being caught in these before.

I'm not sure how anyone could be quite so certain what the terms will be when the board replied that they are still considering the matter, but I live in hope.
