In any case if they did a CR;
a)they can delay it .
b) they need to raise less.
c) they can do it quicker (if it is for a lesser amount).
d) They may do it part debt or all debt.
but hopefully they can avoid it entirely.
All scenarios point to a very +ve outcome iMO.
