As long as avexa management keeps telling themselves its for the good of the company,they will put hard conditions on any deal.They forget the company is owned by the share holders and not its directors.They need to wake up and realise that the S.P is what its all about. If it was'nt for the share holders Mr.Chic and the boys just would not be there.
