I thought to through my two bobs worth-
Been able to speak a number of languages, a word can, in many languages, depending on what accompanies that word - can have a more profound meaning or a total different meaning.
It is not the meaning of the word "likely", that IMO is at question, but what it projected (with the ethusiam JH placed).
1.There was the CR with over subcribtion by Patto's (is there something this sophisticated investers know that we don't)
2.The new Oil Province phrase been used. (this is big - a money maker for sure)
3.The media coverage. (more buyers will come - the SP is sure to rocket)
