I would have to agree with you on that opinion. This was my train of thought when i first had an inclination to invest.

But what is important to realise is that the management team have been more than capable of handling themselves. They have drilled their deposits and achieved JORC status whilst keeping the issued shares from dilution. Their recent cap raise was also done at a premium to the market price.

Actions are always stronger than words.

Currently SVL is drilling and delineating the Webb silver flagship project and made a potential new discovery at the Mole project.

I would foresee a hiring of technical personnel when they are in the midst of pre-feasibility studies. Bottom line is that they have indeed proven themselves in my eyes.
