NMG should not be in this position, there inability to forecast construction and subsequently, production, even as little as a month in advance has cost millions and smacks of incompitence. Risks relating to procurement should have been factored into forecasts, they are aware of the environment in which they are working and if competent would assess and react to mitigate.
Dissapointing outcome!
Where will it go from here?
