I believe Norris started NMG about 5 years ago
He had about the same amount of shares
then and it does not appear that he has purchased any
since the inception of NMG.

I would guess that the shares he owns were one
he acquired as a result of floating NMG, so did
he actually buy any shares or were they given to him?

Back then he was paid $185,000 per year (2007)
Last year he received about $450,000 plus
a bonus of about $450,00 and he was recently
given some options for achieving his performance targets.

I have asked NMG, how he could possibly qualify
for bonuses etc, when there have been cost blow outs,
commissioning deadline failures and significant
capital raising raisngs when they were supposed to
be fully funded to commissioning - no response, the PR lady
simply avoids answering.

How does the management of a company justify
a cost blow out of over $56 million (including this
capital raising).

All they provide is the pathetic excuses of custom delays and it is more difficult to upgrade an existing plant than to build.

Any decent management team would have ordered their lead items well in advance to avoid these delays.

Unfortunately management at NMG don't seem to be prepared to take any responsibility for the stuff ups.
