I think he left for a better deal and if you look closer you will find that a senior employee took his January salary in shares (See 3B 20 Jan.)
Don't know if that was RD but expect so. Maybe a vote of confidence or he could have already sold at a 50% profit.
SIR need a feasibility study by mid year so poached old Rob.
No Ann as they are in Suspension however, the decrease in admin for this quarter suggests no replacement.
