He has done it before and he's doing it again. And it's solid growth with constant monitoring and control of operational qualities. That's a thing that's often missing with small businesses as they grow; the management don't understand the challenges the arise as a business becomes big. Bouris does, and is putting the foundations in place early to manage the thing into the future.
