It just occurred to me what baukaw posted could possibly even attract the attention of the authorities.

If management and the recent funding partners like Noble are dying to get out, then an explicit re-rate message conveyed repeatedly by management to the market and investors concerning an appreciating share price ahead could possibly appear problematic.

I guess. I am a total layman in this type of matters.
