Perhaps it will be amalgamations, e.g. the Foxtel/Telstra deal packages continuing. I cant see a race to the bottom in phone provisions as what do they do, switch all the services off as they are going broke and cripple Australia...
I like the idea of the reduced dividend to fuel growth opportunities, perhaps we are seeing the change of a dividend stock to a growth stock (e.g. quantum computing investment)
Anyway, buying for a very long term (15-20 year outlook), cheers for the discussion
