    Does anyone have any idea who is running this company once the merger is approved?
    Brennan has driven this company from sp of $1.50 plus to its current dismal level with quite a few SPP's along the way.
    He also never explained that they did not have the expertise to extract the gas from all their "successful" wells.
    I would hope that the new structure if approved, does a better job than the current THK directors.
