management

The first thing I like to do with stocks like this is varify the abilities of managment.....

1. What have they done in the past?
2. How focused are they on this company, are they dividing their time with other vetures.
3. Have the the experties in the particula area of interest with the company they are running?
4. Do they havea vision and credentials to push this project forward.

Basically if management aren't up to scratch then its all just academic what can be done with the project, vaualtions etc. Management need to be conmitted to what is happening they need to have the experience to pull it off.....it not then no matter how good it is the company will be a dog and act as a dog.

Maybe this thread can be the start of all interested give some insight in management and if they are worth your hard earned cash......get real and start with basics.
