HI Pseal, I actually personally e-mail dawson a couple of times, personally i think all managers are doing a great job, its just that different people got different views on how to run the company. At the end of the day only 2 things can be concluded.
1)share price goes up depending on what they find, not who the management are.
2)Conflicts is not a good thing, while other mining companies are going up, CYL stays low.
Unless you are a patience person or bought the share cheap, i would say this is a rather disappointing company in compare with other mining compnay out there.
