Get your facts right on this point.
Management is NOT useless far from it.............
If they were useless they would not be working hard on both U tenaments and Zinc....
If you look at their qualifications I sure you would agree.
Whats the point of paying $m dollars in salaries for full time managment when a number of companies can share the costs of highly qualified management whilst in development state....
If you are better qualified why nit put your hand up at the next AGM...
