Management wasted a bunch of money on a name change to try and distance itself from the debacle that was PIO.

The reality is a new name doesn't change the fact that it's the same old dog with the same old fleas, I've been a holder for more than 10 years and have finally accepted that this one is going nowhere. I can't see any reason why we won't be back to sub 2 cents within 12 months.

The biggest problem I see is a management team that can't focus on one project for more than 5 minutes at a time.
