management

Is there anyone who can provide some analysis of management of INT....strengths and/or weaknesses. I have invested in stocks before that look to be in the right area such as ERG only to discover that management was not up to converting contracts won into share price growth. I lost out big time. But I also invested in OXR long ago where OH set the benchmark for delivering what he promised.

To me, management is crucial.

I purchased some today at 5c.....but am wondering whether to put more than my toe in the water!
