Thanks CC.Your view seems reasonable to me.
The saving grace right now is Calibre which must be worth more than the current share price alone.
So I feel like theres that safety net.
What we obviously need is a good result on either our 100% land or the NCM jv land.
The recent NCM jv results were poor.
And if the results from our 100% land are equivocal then a further drop could be on the cards.These really need to be excellent.
