Firstly, I don't know specifically whether the article is true or not.
Secondly, I don't know whether it relates to MNS or another company he may some relationship with.
And thirdly, I don't know whether the focus of the visit (assuming the article is correct) was on Frank or another member of his family.
I think at this point in time, there are too many unknowns.
Having said that, one should note, ASIC does not usually come to your office or home for a social chat.
They usually come with a court warrant, seeking to seize something - eg. the computer/s and the information contained within.
For trivial matters, they will just send an email or emails to get answers from you or your company.
IMO, MNS need to issue a clarification statement; now that the matter is out in the open.
Otherwise, the market will jump to all sorts of wild speculations.
