so your reckon EBEV and WHOLA and JT signed up with Spenda who has only approx 20m in the bank? remember the deal EBEV signed with Spenda at this stage was only for lending side, as a growing company like EBEV who is about to list on ASX this year, they signed up with Spenda who might even fail to setup DW?
if that is the case, that was a very terrible business decision they made to connect with Spenda without doing enough DD
