Na.... $10mio from Moneytech is not a DW. It is likely a bespoke line of funding to finance their invoice business. The DW they are looking to get is for their B2B BNPL activity (which they will hopefully rebrand if they want to avoid the fate of some other small listed BNPL businesses...). And for $50-100mio, they need a bank, which is a totally different kind of fish. It's cheap money, but you gotta dress up and look the part. And expect significant due diligence.
