there was no mention of the placement price in the announcement. i'm sure if it had have been above the current sp, it would have been heralded. this company has potential, no doubt, but can current management realise it? they certainly don't instil confidence. moreover, unless they get their cash flow (solvency) situation sorted, expect more placements. this sp is going nowhere, regardless of teh ever increasing desperation of some holders on this thread who tend toward conspiracy when the obvious is ignored. if the shougang contract proceeds then the sp will get a good lift, i would think. conversely, if they turn their backs on it, this thing's going further south in a big way.
