management

I have read a post on another company regarding management.

This is such a critical issue to were we are at as shareholders. The reputation and the general way annoucements and us as shareholders have been treated is well less than up to a standard.
Directors that place shares with a margin lender have to be questioned and added to that must be prepared to be answerable. To not make statements or announcements is just plain pathetic or take questions AGM's. Can they not stand criticism in a public invironment or ????????

I have had it said to me that management is the issue that will hold this company back. The MD is taking on a legal battle ( good luck to him) that is a distraction.

This really smacks of the height of arrogance and hipocrisy.

Just frustrated!!!!
