It seems like there's a lot of talk about blaming management, especially when things aren’t meeting shareholder expectations.

I'm honestly a bit confused about why management is being blamed so much.

1.We’ve been working with a wide range of companies, both small and large, who have been evaluating our products for months now. So, that’s a win for management, right?

2.The Life Science strategy focuses on India, and it seems to be paying off quite well. So, another win for management, wouldn’t you say?

3.Potential agreements are still under review by prospects. Some are still evaluating, and as we know, these decisions can take time. But it’s not like management has total control over that.

4.Sales: Fabian Beck is on board, which is crucial because we need someone on the ground in Europe to push sales, especially in the battery sector. So, that’s another check for management.

5.Marketing: Prospects are still evaluating, which means our targeted market is working, and we’re still getting plenty of battery leads. That’s a tick for management as well.

6.Shareholders: We blame management for the lack of sales, but can we honestly say management doesn’t want sales? They don't want the company to succeed - Is that the goal here?
The road to commercialisaton is a long one and a money pit - until we get sales the company will continue to struggle.

As the above - we need sales—whether it’s due to management, the products, or the messaging, crap product etc - there could be multiple reasons. I just don’t see how management can be solely at fault when clients have been given our products and agreements and are evaluating/testing - they still haven’t moved forward.

Are management stopping these prospects from signing is that what we are saying.

On paper we have probably the best management we have ever had.

    Cheers
