"management have been trying to put a positive spin on each announcement" that is logical to me, that is nature of the game, avery management will do that. It is not management's fault, nothing to do with it. It is institutional traders that behaves like cowboys. These professionals knock off any stock if they want or need to, They are careless. Now or very soon they will start slowly buying back.
