You have obviously never owned any GDN shares. Management is less than 100% transparent, leaks like a sieve, and makes sure its mates at the big end of town are looked after first and sod the rest. Other than that... well perhaps someone else could enlighten you.

I have no particular beef with them, but that was only good luck, it was not good judgment. I sold out a position on a Friday arvo (on no more than a hunch, thinking to buy back in on the Monday at a lower price), after announcements that everything was going swimmingly, but on Monday there was the P&A notice (effectively). The SP immediately plummeted to the low at which it has languished ever since. And this was not the first time this sort of thing had happened.

But it is only a connection, not exactly the same bunch.
