    I guess the question is ... could BLY management have done it better i.e. was there an alternative you could saw available that management didn't take. If so, maybe you could email them to tell them so.

    I have not been in this relationship with BLY for long so I lack the history. From the way they handled the GFC my opinion is that they've done a superb job.
