we need new convert notes condition! the current one for is obviously to robber moeny from SHs and give it to LJ.
At least, there should be a few month escrow.

On 15/May, Share price was 0.009, and 3 weeks later, now is 0.003 on no news and the trading volume has been very high!

There was even no any inquiry from ASX, or the company totally can't see it!
