As part of the IPO process Molopo expects to release an updated Canadian oil reserves report by the END OF THE CURRENT CALENDAR YEAR.

SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN CANADIAN OIL RESERVES
Molopo is pleased to report the results from its Canadian oil reserve report update. As a result of its recent successful Spearfish drilling activities, Molopo?s share of proved plus probable (2P) oil reserves as at 31 October 2010 has increased 36% to 12.5 million stock tank barrels (MMstb) from 9.2 MMstb at 30 June 2010.
