When the PEN OC was issued, it was Gus Simpson who underwrote the said issue

From memory only a little over half the the issue was taken up

Simpson could have easily kept the entire residue for himself and theoretically have offloaded them when they reached 12 cents, I'll let you do the maths...... considering the initial outlay was only 1 cent

It is my understanding he made them available to various key people within the company as an incentive

If the various expected announcements come out, presumably before the AGM, and they show the company on the trajectory we all hope/hoped for, I shall be looking for retactions and apology's from all who directly or sureptitiously questioned Simpson and the Boards credibility and honesty. This is were this debate has gotten to, a sad state of affairs
