Not sure how it can be appaling corporate governance.
The remuneration is for share holders to decide.
It only requires a 25% anti vote for the first of the two allowable strikes by the australian securities commission, no point whinging about it, the proposals been made time to vote on it.
I have spend some time thinking about this proposal and have picked some potential out of it. ie we could be securing the services of our current board for many years in the future - then again you may not want that - in that case vote NO i suppose
