This is the thing with the Euroports sale. They sold it to a friendly party. If the deal fails, I would be surprised if they stick it to BBi immediately. They would probably allow them a grace period to pay back the deposit.

It would be a different story with a hostile party.

I would not be surprised if the same staff working in this fund were also doing the deal for BBi at the same time.
