Maybe - but you are going on as if 'penny stocks' are some sort of homogenous group that you can generalise about.
But you can't. Even though there are patterns, each is different.
Some are set up to be penny 'lifestyle' stocks and are destined to be always penny stocks (at least until they go under). Others are on the way to something significant. Like most of the world's biggest companies, which were 'penny' stocks just 25 or so years ago.
Maybe - but you are going on as if 'penny stocks' are some sort...
