But I was saddened to see that the greedy, grasping thirst for “Performance Options” (whilst not performing at all) was satisfied. I’m afraid I couldn’t have done it. I was raised in a different way, in a different era. We were taught to earn our rewards; not to expect them to be handed to us on a plate. We were glad to even have a job; no matter how menial. I, predictably, voted against them (as I previously stated). It’s a pity more SH did not.
But what’s done is done, as the saying goes.

I wish all SH success, and may ADO finally realise its potential in 2024.

Watching, but not listening?

The bulk of Performance Options were if fact the ASX "Special Permission" approved mechanism to give an equivalent benefit to those that participated in the CR to participating Management.

Management Capital participation aka commitment was a significant step-up from that exampled by John Hurrell.
