Appointment looks okay, brings a lot of skills to the table.
No hire brings everything and it looks like he can handle situations that we will face in the future with his skill set.
I’ll reserve any further comment for when he signs off on his first report.
Remuneration package looks fair for someone with his credentials. He’ll need the upfront cash to buy into the lower Nth Shore. Good to read board learnt a lot from last time.
No doubt the board and Geoffrey would of done a lot of due diligence on this and Peter Nathan must of approved.
